Bi-Lingual Warehouse Lead - Seasonal 2nd Shift

Located in Kansas City , MO

Salary: $21/hr.

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Seasonal Warehouse Lead to assist with warehouse operations during peak season. This role is responsible for supporting staff on the assigned shift, ensuring productivity goals are met, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Seasonal Warehouse Lead will work closely with the shift manager to drive team performance and support employees in achieving warehouse KPIs. 

***Bi-Lingual Spanish***

Peak season: November 2026 – February 2027 

Hours/Schedule: 

Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm (or completion) 

Starting Nov. 30th - 3am-11pm (or completion)

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and support all shift employees alongside the shift managers 
• Assist in training new hires and providing regular support 
• Ensure staff meet or exceed picking LPH (lines per hour) and daily/weekly order-picking KPIs 
• Conduct regular coaching, delivering both verbal and written corrective actions when necessary 
• Serve as a positive leader and role model, representing the agency’s values and fostering a productive team culture 
• Assist with daily employee check-in and check-out of required tools and PPE 
• Oversee and enforce daily cleaning, housekeeping, and safety standards in the warehouse 
• All other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience required 
• Willing to submit to drug and background screening 
• Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills 
• Ability to lead by example and motivate staff to achieve goals 
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and housekeeping practices 
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours during peak season. ALL OVERTIME IS REQUIRED
