General Laborer

Located in Bremerton, WA

Salary: $20/hour

Overview: A local restoration company is needing temporary general laborers to help with cleanup, demolition, and furniture moving projects. 

 

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Assisting in moving furniture and household items from damaged homes
• Cleaning up fire, water, and smoke damage from household items
• Biohazard and crime scene clean up
• Packing of household items
• Interacting with team to complete projects efficiently

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mitigation experience or Housekeeping experience a plus
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• Attention to details and highly organized
• Comfortable working around hazardous waste (i.e. sewage, blood, mold) and can wear respirator and gloves all day if needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively and politely

Hours/Shift: 

9/25-10/2, Monday-Friday 9:30am-4:30pm for Rodent Cleanup
9/23-/9/28, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-4:30pm to help with moving large furniture items and demolition work
9/23-9/25, 9:30am-4:30pm to help with moving large cabinetry pieces and demolition work
9/25, 8:30am-4:30pm, loading and unloading large furniture items onto truck and into warehouse

 

Pay: $20.00
