Job Title: 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Organize and sort products by style, type, and brand
• Pick orders using hand carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory activities
• Maintain accurate warehouse organization and inventory control
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment
• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and become forklift certified
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus

Equipment Used:

• 4-wheel sit-down forklift
• Manual pallet jack

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for 6–7 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, lifting, and material handling
