Powder Coating Company is seeking a Production line loader and unloader associate. Will load and unload products on the line for Powder coating. They will be practicing safety first lifting them and putting them on the line.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-2pm (Some Saturdays) 2 @8AM

Pay: $20 per hour

Responsibilities
• Assist with the coating line process by using hand tools and power tools to prepare products accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials throughout the facility
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing area to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to facility guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards

Experience
• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line work is advantageous
• Warehouse experience, including forklift operation, is highly desirable; certification is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
• Bilingual English and Spanish are a plus
