Express Employment Professionals is seeking an energetic Junior Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Mississauga. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn sales, business development, and client relationship management from experienced professionals.

 

No extensive sales experience is required. We are looking for attitude, drive, and willingness to learn.

 

What You'll Do

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities through calls, planned drops ins, networking, and outreach
• Build relationships with local business owners and hiring managers
• Schedule client meetings and participate in sales presentations
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
• Learn our staffing and workforce solutions offerings
• Partner with our recruitment team to deliver exceptional service to clients
• Maintain accurate records and activities within our CRM system
• Achieve individual activity and sales targets

 

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Must be comfortable being on the road 50% of the time
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
• Comfortably making outbound calls, meeting people face to face and speaking with new people
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is considered an asset
