Machine Operator Assistant

Located in Buffalo, NY

Salary: $18.63/hr

Express Employment Professional is currently hiring for a Machine Operator Assistant for our client in Buffalo, NY. Their product/service lines include metal fabrication, stairs, rooftop supports, Unistrut, system installation and traffic safety.

 

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: $18.63-21.57/hour based on experience

 

Duties:

• Assist the Machine Operators on shear cutting, cobot welding, saw, or assembling machinery
• Help place and remove pieces from the machine.
• Must have excellent tape measuring skills and mechanical ability.

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating machinery.
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  
• Ability to stand and move for the duration of a shift.
  
• Steel-toe boots required.
  
• Reliable transportation.
