Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals in Waterloo is seeking a Press Brake Machine Operator to join a local manufacturing team. This position involves operating machinery that bends and forms metal parts, assisting with two-person forming projects, and completing stamping jobs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical work and working closely with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal parts
• Assist with two-person forming projects
• Complete stamping jobs within the Forming Department
• Handle and move metal parts throughout the production process
• Work closely with team members to complete daily production
• Follow workplace safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work well with team members
• Comfortable performing physical production work
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent stooping and lifting
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
