We are hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician for a clean, climate-controlled production environment. This is a hands-on role working with small electro-mechanical components, along with production, packaging, quality and material support duties.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Breaks: 30-minute lunch + two paid 15-minute breaks
Project Length: Minimum 6 weeks, with a strong possibility of extending beyond 12 weeks
What You’ll Do
- Assemble and disassemble small electro-mechanical components
- Follow SOPs, BOMs, work orders and production instructions
- Perform product packaging, labeling and card insert printing
- Operate semi-automatic packaging/sealing equipment
- Inspect components and finished product for quality issues
- Prepare materials for production based on work orders
- Enter or document material usage in ERP/SAP systems
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Follow 5S, ESD and general safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hands-on small electronic component assembly/disassembly experience required
- Experience working with small components and detailed assembly
- Comfortable following BOMs, SOPs and written work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Strong computer and SAP (ERP) experience
- Reliable, organized and comfortable working as part of a production team
- High school diploma or equivalent
