3rd Shift Shipping Receiving Warehouse Associate

Location: East Metro, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 AM–8:30 AM
Pay: $20+/hr. DOE

Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury, MN is hiring a 3rd Shift Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate for a client in the East Metro. This full-time overnight position is responsible for shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory control, and maintaining an organized warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a 2-person team to manage and prioritize orders.

• Pick, pack, palletize, wrap, stage, and ship small parcel and LTL orders.

• Process shipments using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.

• Prepare and organize Bills of Lading (BOLs) for first shift.

• Receive Purchase Orders and stock inventory in designated locations.

• Perform cycle counts and correct inventory discrepancies.

• Unload containers, process backorders, and pick, pack, and stage products.

• Monitor inventory Alerts in Apprise and stock primary pick bins.

• Assist with warehouse projects and Work Orders.

• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, including sweeping, recycling, trash removal, and floor scrubbing.

• Fork Lift Operation experience preferred 

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.

• Experience with shipping software or warehouse management systems is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight hours.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials.
