Window Sales Specialist

Location: Waterloo, IA
Pay: $24.00-$28.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals in Waterloo is seeking a Window Sales Specialist to join a local team. This position works directly with customers to determine their needs, recommend products, coordinate orders, and provide excellent service from purchase through delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience with windows, roofing, siding, or building materials and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Follow product and supply checklists and recommend additional items as needed
• Answer phones and enter sales orders
• Accept and process customer payments
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure orders arrive accurately and on time
• Reorder products to maintain inventory levels
• Address and resolve customer service concerns

Qualifications:

• Window coordination experience preferred
• 1-2 years of experience with roofing, siding, and windows preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Detail and service-oriented
• Positive attitude and ability to work with a team
