Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
 
Summary:
Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk / Order Picker to support daily warehouse operations. This active role is responsible for accurately picking customer and production orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, processing inventory transactions, and contributing to a safe and organized warehouse environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, verify, and prepare customer and machine orders using pick lists, handheld scanners, and inventory systems.
  • Process inventory transactions, perform inventory counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, material handling, and organization of warehouse storage locations.
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and process issues while following safety and quality procedures.
  • Support housekeeping, warehouse operations, and continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required with the ability to read and follow written instructions, pick tickets, and inventory documentation.
  • Experience using ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or similar business systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel with effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Previous warehouse, inventory control, order fulfillment, handheld scanner, manufacturing, or Infor ERP experience preferred.
