Cream Fluid Receiving & Remelt Operator – Grave Shift

Pay: $21.85/hour starting wage + shift differential
Shift: Grave | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable Cream Fluid Receiving & Remelt Operators to join a well-established food manufacturing facility in Hyrum, UT. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position supporting cream fluid receiving, remelt, and production operations while maintaining strict safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards.

Schedule & Pay

Grave Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Starting Wage: $21.85/hour + shift differential

We are currently hiring for two rotating schedule openings:

Schedule 1 – 1 Opening

• Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Schedule 2 – 1 Opening

• Week 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Double time paid on Sundays!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support cream fluid receiving and remelt operations throughout the production process
• Perform remelt and special production projects as assigned
• Check in incoming trailers and verify required paperwork and documentation
• Handle, move, and lift materials weighing up to 55 lbs
• Complete required cleaning and sanitation duties
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), PPE, safety, and food quality requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established production procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work effectively in hot, humid, and steamy food manufacturing conditions
• Respond to changing production needs and priorities throughout the shift
• Work collaboratively with production and other team members to support efficient operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in hot, humid, and physically demanding conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety
• Ability to follow written procedures, SOPs, and company guidelines
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Prior manufacturing or food production experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must be able to pass required physical/fitness assessment
• Must be available to work the assigned rotating grave schedule, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
