Sales Representative

Pay: Starting at $20/hour + Sales Bonuses

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays

Location: Missoula, MT

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Sales Representative for a respected local company in Missoula. This position is ideal for an outgoing, customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, helping people, and working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, generating sales, following up on leads, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Follow up with leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Guide customers through the sales process while providing excellent customer service.
Generate referrals and develop long-term customer relationships.
Complete and maintain accurate customer documentation and records.
Work toward established sales goals and performance expectations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Take initiative and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required.
Valid driver's license required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain positive.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
