A Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting customers with account questions, processing information accurately, resolving concerns, and providing outstanding customer service. Successful candidates are professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Duties Include:

• Answer inbound customer service calls
• Make outbound calls as needed
• Assist customers with account inquiries and updates
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Meet quality and performance goals

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and data entry experience
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
• Professional phone etiquette
• Office or call center experience preferred

Must have good work history and reliable transportation.

Pay: $12.00/hr. + Monthly Incentive Bonuses Offered
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
