Location: Vancouver, WA

Pay: $30.00-32.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair, install, adjust manufacturing equipment such as Printing presses, converting machines, slitters, and inno-lock machines
• Must provide your own tools and be able to operate forklift, chain hoist, and welding equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance & record repairs and maintenance performed 
• Record part and materials used, and place requisition for new parts and materials as necessary
• Analyze test results, machine error messages and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems
• Repair manufacturing equipment in all facets, provide operational up time
• Cut & weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment
• Study blueprints & MFG manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery
• Enter codes and instructions to program computer controlled machinery

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• PLC Troubleshooting
• Basic hydraulics
• Basic industrial writing including power circuits and control circuits
• Basic pneumatics
• LOTO authorization
