Temporary Maintenance Technician Job Summary:

We are hiring a Maintenance Project Technician for a 2-month project at a residential property in Grand Rapids, MI. This position will work alongside the property’s maintenance team completing a specific installation project throughout two connected buildings. The primary work will involve installing security mirrors at designated locations and assisting with first-floor window installations. This is a full-time temporary opportunity with an immediate start available.

Temporary Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Install security mirrors at designated locations throughout the property
• Assist with first-floor window installation
• Work alongside the residential maintenance team throughout the project
• Follow instructions and project plans provided by the onsite maintenance team
• Complete hands-on installation and general maintenance-related tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Schedule & Pay:

• 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
• $22-$24/HR

Temporary Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance, construction, remodeling, installation, or other hands-on experience preferred
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable completing physical, hands-on work
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a maintenance team
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• No personal tools required
