About the Company

Express Employment is seeking a 3rd Industrial Painter to join our client’s team.

 

Key Responsibilities

• preparing and painting fabricated metal products to meet customer specifications
• completing touch-ups, and packaging finished parts for shipment
• grinding, sanding, cleaning and masking parts
• mixing paints, hardeners and thinners
• applying liquid coatings using industrial spray equipment
• cleaning and maintaining painting equipment

Required Qualifications

   

• Experience preparing surfaces through cleaning, masking, sanding or grinding
• Ability to accurately mix and apply paints and coatings
• Comfortable working with hand tools, pneumatic equipment, industrial spray guns and chemical products
• Previous experience with liquid coatings
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the position
