General Labor – Fabrication

Location: Bossier City, LA
Pay: $13.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are looking for dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our fabrication team in Bossier City, LA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is willing to learn new skills in a manufacturing and fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist fabrication and production employees with daily tasks

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials

• Use basic hand tools and equipment as directed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

• Perform general labor and other duties as assigned

• Work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications

• No prior fabrication experience required; training will be provided

• Reliable and dependable

• Able to follow instructions and work safely

• Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, lifting, bending, and reaching

• Must be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus

Compensation

Starting Pay: $13.00 per hour
