Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour (Non-Tipped)

Shift/Hours: On-Call / Temporary As-Needed (5-Hour Minimum Guarantee per Shift)

 

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals for Front of House and Back of House temporary positions at an exclusive, high-end Golf Club & Resort in the Ocala area. This prestigious club takes incredible care of its members and its staff including temporary team members! Position Perks & Benefits

• Great Pay: $20.00/hr flat rate (no waiting on tips).

• Guaranteed Hours: 5-hour minimum pay per shift called in.

• Flexible Schedule: Flexible on-call positions. You will be notified of shifts in advance and can accept based on your availability.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House (FOH):

• Event setup including tables, chairs, place settings, napkins, and glassware.

• Serving guests in high-end dining and event spaces with exceptional hospitality.

• Post-event breakdown and cleanup.

Back of House (BOH):

• Preparing water pitchers/lemons, loading trays and carts with silverware and plates for servers.

• Polishing and cleaning glassware and silverware.

• Assisting with overall venue prep and supporting other departments as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Manners & Demeanor: Excellent etiquette, professional appearance, and outstanding customer service skills.

• Screening: Must pass a Drug Screen (Medical Cards accepted) and a Level 2 Background Check.

• Tattoo & Piercing Policy: No visible face, neck, or hand tattoos. No body piercings (ear piercings permitted for females).

Dress Code Requirements

• Must Provide: Black dress pants, black belt, and all-black non-slip/skid shoes (closed-toe; black sneakers allowed only if the soles are completely black—no white soles).

• Provided On-Site: You will report in a polo shirt, and the club will provide a white long-sleeve button-down dress shirt and tie to wear during service.
