CNC Press Brake Operator

Pay: Based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Location: South Fort Worth, TX
Opportunity: Contract-to-Hire

A metal fabrication shop in South Fort Worth is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join its production team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. CNC press brake programming experience is a plus.

CNC Press Brake Operator Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines
Bend and form sheet metal according to blueprints and specifications
Select the correct tooling, dies, and machine settings for each job
Measure completed parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Make machine adjustments to maintain accuracy and product quality
Inspect finished parts for proper dimensions, angles, and tolerances
Complete assigned production orders accurately and efficiently
Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area
Follow all shop safety procedures and quality standards

CNC Press Brake Operator Qualifications

Previous CNC press brake operating experience required
Experience working in a metal fabrication or machine shop
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Knowledge of press brake tooling, setups, bend allowances, and tolerances
Ability to use calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and angle gauges
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
CNC press brake programming experience is a plus
Dependable attendance and ability to work Monday through Friday
