Schedule:
Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:45 AM-6:00 PM ($20.00/hour)
Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:45 PM-6:00 AM ($20.80/hour)
Position Overview:
• Join a leading glass manufacturing operation producing high-quality architectural glass products used throughout North America.
• Work in a safety-focused, team-oriented production environment with opportunities to learn multiple areas of the operation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Load glass onto racks, build and prepare racks, and safely handle glass products throughout the production process.
• Rotate between packing duties and quality inspection to ensure glass meets company standards and is free of defects.
• Maintain a clean work area, assist with housekeeping tasks, and participate in cross-training opportunities as assigned by supervisors.

Physical Requirements:
• Lift and handle glass sheets weighing 15-56 pounds throughout the shift.
• Maintain a steady pace in a production environment.
• Team lift required for materials weighing more than 56 pounds.
Safety Equipment & Tools Used:
• Air-powered nail gun and small hand tools.
• Appropriate personal protective equipment provided and required.
