A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls
• Process and print customer orders
• Organize back orders and maintain accurate records
• File paperwork and mail invoices
• Work closely with the Production Scheduler to provide customers with updated shipping information and delivery dates
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues with professionalism and urgency
• Provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Generate leads through outbound calls to new and existing customers
• Update and maintain customer information within ERP and CRM systems
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments
• Meet customer service standards and team performance goals
• Perform general administrative and customer support duties

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting preferred
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet creation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable making outbound sales and customer follow-up calls
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
