We are looking for Printing / Slitting Associates to join our team working at our client facility in Morrisville and the surrounding area. As a Printing / Slitting Associate, you will work in a clean, temperature-controlled facility performing printing, slitting, wrapping/overwrap, and quality control tasks. Full-time Temp-to-Hire positions – great opportunity! Overtime, safety bonuses, and attendance bonuses are available!

Job Duties for Printing / Slitting Associates:

• Operate printing and slitting equipment according to job specifications and production requirements.
• Set up and monitor machines to ensure products are produced correctly and efficiently.
• Perform wrapping and overwrap of finished products.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and visual defects.
• Verify materials, measurements, and product specifications to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.

Skills for Printing / Slitting Associates:

• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and job specifications.
• Basic math skills and ability to take accurate measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Able to stand for up to 12 hours.
• Able to work weekends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience for Printing / Slitting Associates:

• 2–6 months or more of previous manufacturing, printing, slitting, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with quality control and inspecting finished products is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift and Work Hours for Printing / Slitting Associates:

• 7:00am–7:00pm — $15.00/hr
• 7:00pm–7:00am — $16.13/hr
• Rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Pay: $15.00 - $16.13 per hour
