Warehouse Supervisor

Located in Budd Lake, NJ

Salary: 25- 40

Language Requirement:

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Spanish is especially important because the majority of the warehouse team speaks Spanish and there is very limited English spoken on the warehouse floor.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Some Saturdays as needed, typically 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
As with most supervisory positions, the supervisor is expected to be in the warehouse before the shift begins and stay after the shift ends as needed to oversee the team and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of approximately 35–40 employees.
Oversee the picking and packing section of the warehouse.
Make sure orders are picked, packed, and completed accurately and on schedule.
Communicate daily instructions and expectations to the warehouse team.
Monitor productivity, attendance, and overall performance.
Help address employee questions or issues and keep the workflow running smoothly.
Work closely with management to meet daily production and shipping goal
