Salary: $30.00

 

·         Pay: $30 per hour

·         Monday-Friday : 2pm-10pm

·         Roseville, Michigan

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Blanchard, vertical-spindle, and surface grinding machines.

• Read blueprints, process sheets, sketches, and work instructions to meet required specifications.

• Set up and monitor grinding operations, making adjustments to achieve proper dimensions and finishes.

• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.

• Deburr finished parts and accurately document inspection results.

• Maintain a safe, organized work area while meeting production and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of grinding experience required.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and precision measurement skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to read blueprints.

• Dependable team player with strong problem-solving skills.

• Must provide own tools.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to handle and move heavy workpieces, using cranes or forklifts when necessary.
