Express Employment is hiring a Database Manager!

• Direct Hire
• Remote 

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the company-wide database of analytical and survey information
• Perform data quality checks, validation, and cleanup as new data is added
• Generate tables, figures, and other report elements from the database
• Partner with project managers, scientists, and engineers to finalize reports and meet deadlines
• Establish and maintain consistent data standards, naming conventions, and documentation
• Troubleshoot data issues and respond to internal requests for data and report support

Job Requirements

• Proven experience managing and querying relational databases (SQL, Microsoft Access, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
