Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hospital facilities, equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical systems

Conducted routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health and regulatory standards 

Responds promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations to minimize disruptions to patient care

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and building related issues. 

Maintain generators, lighting systems, medical support infrastructure, and facility equipment 

Assist with facility improvement projects, renovations and equipment installations

Documented maintenance activities, work orders and repair records using computerized maintenance management systems
