Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Metal Spinner to join our team. This position involves operating metal spinning equipment to shape and form metal components according to specifications. We are willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn a specialized trade and develop a long-term career in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate metal spinning machinery and related equipment.
• Form and shape metal products to customer and quality specifications.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn the metal spinning trade and develop new skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Overtime Requirements

Candidates must be willing to work overtime as needed.

Current overtime schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:45 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
