Cleaners (Shutdown Contract)

Salary: $21.00/Hour
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our shutdown contract team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive cleaning services at industrial or commercial sites during scheduled shutdown periods. Your efforts will ensure that facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, supporting operational readiness and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess custodial experience, demonstrate attention to detail, and have a strong commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Execute cleaning tasks across various areas, including workspaces, and common facilities, ensuring thorough sanitation.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety protocols and manufacturer instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness of designated areas by sweeping mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
- Follow detailed cleaning schedules and procedures to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of cleaning stations or equipment as required during shutdown activities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning operations to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all cleaning activities.
Qualifications:
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable, particularly within industrial or shutdown environments.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Proven ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines accurately.
Wage: $21.00 per hour
