Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control processes to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to address deficiencies.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to product quality issues.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to maintain and improve quality.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the coating or related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is preferred.
