Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Ventura. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly experience who enjoys precision work and is interested in learning new skills within a specialized manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test fiber optic cables and components

• Operate spooling and polishing machines

• Inspect finished cables to ensure quality standards are met

• Package completed products

• Follow established procedures and detailed work instructions

• Assist with other production and assembly tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to understand and follow procedures and work instructions

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Dependable with a strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
