Customer Service Representative

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA

 

 

A company in the flooring and furniture delivery and installation industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with order-related questions, service issues, and post-delivery follow-up. The role includes receiving inbound customer calls and making scheduled outbound calls to follow up on service after delivery.

We’re looking for someone with previous customer-facing experience who can provide professional customer support and follow through on customer questions and concerns. You will be applying through Express Employment Professionals, an award-winning staffing firm.

 

 

Customer Support & Follow-Up

• Receive inbound customer calls regarding orders or service issues
• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers
• Complete scheduled post-delivery calls to check on service
• Follow up with customers regarding orders and service
• Communicate with customers by phone and email

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience
• Customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• Professional customer communication skills
• Experience using or familiarity with:
• Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Teams
• Outlook and email
• Phone systems
