Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customers receive accurate information, timely deliveries, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received via phone, email, and other channels
• Enter and manage orders accurately in the company system
• Prepare pricing quotes and product information for customers
• Verify inventory availability across multiple warehouse locations
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on schedule
• Track shipments and provide proactive updates on order status
• Manage customer accounts, including reorders, backorders, returns, credits, and delivery concerns
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding products, inventory, pricing, invoices, and shipments
• Work with vendors and manufacturers to obtain lead times and product information
• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed
• Help resolve customer issues quickly and professionally while maintaining strong customer relationships

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Order Entry, Sales Support, or Account Support
• Experience working in a warehouse, shipping, distribution, manufacturing, industrial supply, or logistics environment
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management, freight coordination, or order fulfillment
• Background in industrial distribution, manufacturing, construction, or related industries
• Experience supporting B2B customers
• Ability to learn technical products, specifications, and industry terminology
