Job Duties: 

• Monitor network alarms and dashboards
• Create and maintain incident tickets
• Follow escalation procedures while documenting outages and coordinating shift handoffs 
• Accurate monitoring, timely identification, and escalation or network issues
• Complete documentation 
• Smooth communication between NOC shifts 
• Customer service
• Use computers and computer systems utilizing multiple monitors 
• Answer phones 
• Document incidents and actions taken 

Requirements: 

• Experience in technical support, call center, or basic networking/IT experience is preferred 
• Able to use computers and multiple monitors at one time 
• Must be dependable, detail oriented, and calm under pressure 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to follow directions 
• Able to sit for extended periods of time and use computers and communication equipment 
• Basic computer skills
• Able to multi-task 
• Flexible with changing quarterly shift assignments 
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Work Shift hours: 6am to 3pm; 2pm to 11pm; and 10pm to 7am - schedule is on a 5 days on / 2 off. Days may include weekdays, weekends, or combination of both.
