Looking for someone who loves working with their hands — think cars, machines, taking things apart and figuring out how they go back together. This is a hands-on production role in Ennis, TX with a clear path to advancement and pay increases as you grow into higher classifications.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Temp-to-Hire)

What You'll Do:

1. Operate stamping equipment
2. Perform visual and physical inspections using calipers and micrometers
3. Basic troubleshooting
4. Routine maintenance - lubrication, coolants, cleaning
5. Handle raw metals
6. Use hand tools such as wrenches, hammers, and screwdrivers
7. Bending, stooping, and squatting; standing for extended periods
8. Lift up to 45-60 lbs

What We're Looking For:

1. Prior machine operating experience preferred
2. Basic computer and organizational skills
3. Clean, safety-first mindset
4. Forklift experience a plus - training provided if not

Dress Code: Steel-toe boots not required

Pay: Starts at $17.50/hr, with incentives as you reach higher classifications
