Position: Custodian (Part-Time)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:

• Tuesday & Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM OR
• Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility in Hawthorne, CA. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Dust, wipe down, and disinfect surfaces
• Restock restroom and janitorial supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances and outdoor walkways
• Follow established safety and cleaning procedures
• Perform other custodial duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
