Housekeeper/Apartment Clean-Out Associate – $16.00/hr

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a housekeeper/apartment clean-out associate for a local housing complex in Maryville, TN.

 

Housekeeper/Apartment Clean Out Associate Responsibilities:

• Buffing and waxing floors
• Cleaning out old apartments
• Small painting projects
• Getting apartments ready for new tenants to move in
• Cleaning
• Small/simple repairs
• Heavy lifting
• Additional duties as assigned

Housekeeper/Apartment Clean Out Associate Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Lift objects up to 50lbs
• Bend, crouch, and lift

Housekeeper/Apartment Clean Out Associate Shift:

• Monday–Thursday 7am–5pm
• Full-time
• Provide information on overtime if applicable.
