CNC Machine Operator

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in the Victoria, TX area.

This position will operate CNC machinery to produce parts and components according to specifications. We are looking for someone with previous CNC or machining experience who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

• $22–$25/hr based on experience
• Monday–Friday
• 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-time

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery
• Load and unload materials and finished parts
• Read measurements, drawings, and work orders
• Monitor machines during production
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy
• Inspect finished parts for quality and correct dimensions
• Use measuring tools to verify specifications
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous CNC or machining experience preferred
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment
• Ability to read and use measuring tools accurately
• Mechanically inclined with good troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Dependable and able to work Monday–Friday
