Plastic Welder

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Welder for a manufacturing company in the Victoria, TX area.

This position will focus on plastic welding and fabrication. Previous plastic welding experience is not required — candidates with welding experience who are willing to learn plastic welding are encouraged to apply.

Pay & Schedule

• $22–$25/hr based on experience
• Monday–Friday
• 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-time

Responsibilities

• Perform plastic welding and fabrication
• Weld and assemble components according to specifications
• Measure, cut, fit, and prepare materials
• Use welding equipment and hand/power tools safely
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
• Follow work orders, measurements, and specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience required
• Plastic welding experience is NOT required
• Willingness to learn plastic welding techniques
• Comfortable using welding equipment and hand/power tools
• Ability to read measurements accurately
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable and able to work Monday–Friday
