Field Service Technician

Located in Salem, VA

Salary: $20-$25/hr.

1.  Valid driver license
2.  Be able to travel out of town overnight
3.  Ability to work rotating shifts

 

Perform Routine Maintenance and Inspections
Change and replace air filters in HVAC units according to schedule.
Inspect HVAC components for wear, damage, or operational issues.
Ensure units are clean, efficient, and functioning optimally.
Troubleshoot and Resolve Minor Issues
Identify problems like airflow restrictions, clogged filters, or minor mechanical issues.
Make necessary adjustments or repairs on-site to prevent system failures.
Document Work and Communicate with Clients
Record maintenance activities, parts used, and any observations.
Communicate findings or recommendations to clients or supervisors.
Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
