Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) to join a pediatric therapy team serving patients from birth through age 21. This position will work in a pediatric and hybrid school-based setting, providing evaluations, treatment, and ongoing physical therapy services to patients.

 

Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist interested in working with children and supporting their physical development and mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients and determine appropriate physical therapy needs

• Conduct patient reevaluations and monitor progress

• Develop and provide individualized treatment plans

• Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients from birth through age 21

• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records

• Collaborate with families, school personnel, and other members of the care team as appropriate

• Follow all applicable professional and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Texas

• PT or DPT credentials required

• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Employment

• $50–$55/hour

• Salary option available

• Direct Hire position

• Monday–Friday schedule

• No overtime
