Express Employment Professionals of Longview has a new position open for a large Longview plastics manufacturer. We are hiring someone to clean ink off of press plates, pipes, tools and materials and keep the ink room clean.Heavy lifting is required for this position (50lbs). • Must be able to break down all pipes and hoses and check for blockage; then reassemble. • Must organize all pumps by placing them in their appropriate colored bins, signifying ready for usage.• Must locate and maintain cleanliness of all plate cylinders and aniloxes.• Must empty ink buckets into their appropriate location and store them in their appropriate location.• Must maintain all parts by cleaning and them and storing them properly.• Ensure that every part is stored in their appropriate location to maintain 5’s.• Maintain overall cleanliness by mopping, sweeping, and taking out trash. • Must adhere to any duties assigned by supervisor.• Complete verification and validation activities in IPL’s Food Safety Plan as determined by the Food Safety Management System.• Adhere to Personnel Processing Practices in IPL’s Food Safety Plan as determined by the Food Safety Management SystemThe hours are 11pm-7am Monday-Friday and the starting pay is $17.00.
