Location: Mukwonago, WI 53149

Shift: 1st shift | 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday)

Rate: $20 - $25/hour (Based on Experience)

 

Description:

The Production Machine Operator will safely control various machines and equipment involved in production. Practice SQF (Safe Quality Food) Protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

 

• Interpret specifications and calibrate machines to reach goals.
• Inspect and quality check products and verify accuracy.
• Monitor gauges or other indicators to assess progress, production, and maintenance needs.
• Simultaneously operate multiple pieces of equipment to produce product efficiently.
• Utilize digital technology to track production steps IE scanners and computers.
• Flexibility to be cross trained in all production, shipping and receiving functions and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in the packaging industry

• Work in an environment that maintains SQF (Safe Quality Foods) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

• High School education or equivalent

• Overtime may be required at times to hit certain deadlines

• Be able to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment of a growing business.

• Good mechanical aptitude.
