Job Details

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Heavy Cable Assembly Associate to join our team. This position will support a growing project with consistent material coming in and will assist with cable assembly work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

No previous experience is required. The work is not technical and training will be provided. The primary requirement is the ability to safely and consistently handle cable assemblies weighing approximately 40 lbs.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, comfortable with physical work, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cable assembly work
• Handle and move cable assemblies weighing approximately 40 lbs.
• Follow work instructions and established procedures
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Work efficiently to keep up with incoming materials and project needs
• Assist with general project and warehouse duties as needed
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements

• No previous cable assembly or technical experience required
• Ability to safely lift and handle approximately 40 lbs.
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical work throughout the shift
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to start work at 5:00AM
