We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of equipment and tools used throughout operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sterilize and disinfect tools and equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform and document sterilization processes accurately and thoroughly.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections on tools to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
• Monitor sterilization equipment and report any issues or necessary repairs.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years experience in similar role.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi tasks and stand for extended periods of time.
