Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standards
• Assist with dishwashing and maintaining clean workstations
• Restock the line, coolers, and kitchen supplies
• Clean and sanitize prep tables, cooking equipment, and food-contact surfaces
• Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift
• Take out garbage and break down cardboard
• Complete closing duties to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day's service
• Participate in weekly deep-cleaning tasks
