Pay: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
Current Location: Northeast Fort Worth / just south of DFW Airport
Future Location: Carrollton, TX – expected late October/early November
Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish required

We are hiring an experienced Bilingual Embroidery Machine Operator for a full-time position with a growing company specializing in custom-branded products.

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have previous hands-on experience operating commercial embroidery equipment and must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate commercial embroidery machines

• Load, hoop, and position garments and products for embroidery

• Change thread colors, needles, and other machine components as needed

• Monitor machines throughout production runs

• Identify and correct common embroidery or machine issues

• Inspect finished products for proper placement, stitching, and overall quality

• Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues

• Keep machines and the surrounding work area clean and organized

• Follow production schedules and complete orders accurately and efficiently

• Communicate production, quality, and equipment concerns with team members and management in both English and Spanish

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on commercial embroidery machine experience required

• Bilingual English/Spanish required

• Experience operating multi-head or similar commercial embroidery equipment preferred

• Knowledge of embroidery machine setup, hooping, thread changes, and basic troubleshooting

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Dependable attendance and ability to consistently work a 5:00 AM start time

• Comfortable working in a production environment

• Must be willing to work at the current Fort Worth-area location and transition with the company to Carrollton around late October/early November

Important Location Information

The position will initially work at the company's current facility just south of DFW Airport on the northeast side of Fort Worth.

The operation is expected to relocate to Carrollton, TX around late October or early November. Candidates must be comfortable working at both locations and making that transition.

The new Carrollton facility will be climate controlled.
