General Laborer - First Shift

Pay Rate: $17.05 per hour
Schedule: First Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join a laundry processing team. This position is responsible for sorting, cleaning, inspecting, folding, and preparing linens and garments for distribution. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and committed to maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sort incoming linens, uniforms, and garments according to established procedures.
• Load and unload industrial washers and dryers.
• Fold, stack, and package clean linens and garments.
• Inspect items for stains, damage, or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Assist with production goals and daily workflow requirements.
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or laundry experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

• Industrial laundry facility.
