Quality Technician – Manufacturing

Looking for a quality professional who knows their way around prints, precision measuring tools, and a manufacturing floor. This is a long-term opportunity with steady first-shift hours and room to grow within the quality side of the operation.

Location: Kendallville, IN
Pay: $18–$20/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with some flexibility based on production
Employment Type: Full-Time | Evaluation-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform in-process and final inspections on manufactured components
• Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring equipment
• Read blueprints, specifications, and GD&T requirements
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation
• Work with production to identify and address quality concerns

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on manufacturing quality or inspection experience
• Comfortable reading prints and working with dimensional tolerances
• Able to confidently use common precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Basic computer skills
