- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC, carpentry, or a related construction trade.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and technical documents.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with HVAC and carpentry tools.
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to travel domestically approximately 10-15 days per month.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
